EDUCATION: Steve has his undergraduate and Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri- Rolla.

EXPERIENCE: Steve spent twelve years with Olin Corporation’s Winchester-Western Division, as a project, production and divisional manager. Shortly after leaving Olin Corporation in 1980, Steve purchased an American Business Brokers franchise and became proficient in appraising and marketing privately held businesses plus assisting in the marketing of American Business Brokers franchises. As an officer of American Marketing Group, Inc. Steve became well known for the franchise expansion of VR Business Brokers to over 650 offices on a national level prior to their public offering. Locally Steve is best known for his involvement in the initial marketing and development of The Pasta House Company restaurant franchise on a regional basis. Steve’s experience in management, business brokerage and franchise consulting will be extremely beneficial to an AMG franchisee getting into our business center concept. Steve will be involved in the startup, training and ongoing support. He can help with an individual franchisee’s expansion efforts or assist in an exit strategy.
