The original company, which was incorporated in 1976, located initially in the 300 Chesterfield Center Office Building. In 1983 it relocated to its current location in the 400 Chesterfield Center Office Building under the name Chesterfield Village Office Services. The business originally offered limited secretarial support and a live answering service. As clients requested a variety of extra services, the firm began offering shared office space and limited administrative support. R. Greg Kintz, who had been a client of that firm for many years, purchased the business in 1999 and continued adding more advanced technology-based services to improve customer satisfaction. The new services included T-1’s, high-speed internet access, satellite TV, data lines, video conferencing, Webinar service and a new digital Voice Over Internet Protocol phone system to keep up with his clients’ needs and the evolution of his own business, plus the rapid and ever-changing industry he had entered.

Greg continued to expand his firm’s leased space and added more executive office suites and conference rooms, as well as a multitude of additional business services with full administrative support to better serve his clients’ requirements. Currently, his company now occupies 18,800 square feet on two separate floors with a spacious and beautifully decorated lobby entrance. This business center now offers 65 executive office suites for rent on a short term lease, plus three conference rooms are available on an hourly rental basis. The majority of his tenants are Fortune 1000 technology-based companies with a minimal number of small and medium sized businesses, and a few individual entrepreneurs. Because of this growth, rapid expansion and multiplicity of services, the concept now caters to a higher-end, more professional and image-conscious client. The industry now commonly refers to this full service concept as ‘executive office suites and/or business centers’.

The franchisor, American Marketing Group/AMG, LLC, (AMG) was established in November of 2005 by its three principals R. Greg Kintz, H. Stephen Caby and Richard T. Pisani as a franchise marketing, development, training and support firm. A U. S. Patent & Copyright Service Mark license and the AMG Uniform Franchise Offering Circular gives franchisees the right to do business under the name AMG Executive Office Suites & Business Center.
